Dr. Kenney performs a wide range of procedures.

  • Cranial cruciate ligament repair (fibular head transposition)
  • Elbow surgery for fragmented coronoid process, ununited anconeal process, etc.

  • Laryngeal paralysis
  • Lateral ear resection and total ear ablation

  • Exploratory surgery

  • Portsystemic shunt repair

Dr. Kenney uses a CO2 surgical laser in virtually all surgeries.  Surgical lasers have been shown to cause less pain, less bleeding, and less swelling than traditional surgical methods.  Dr. Kenney feels that the laser is especially beneficial with procedures involving the oral cavity, ears, anus, and urogenital region.
